Marken 37, which is one of the oldest office buildings in Bergen,
has an area of 2,950 square metres.

We plan to completely renovate the interior of the building, as well as remove and build a new entrance area facing Marken. In addition, the 300 square metre garden facing the train station will be made accessible to the public.

“Today, Marken 37 is a closed building that few people have a relationship with. We want to create life at street level with new catering outlets, while at the same time creating offices on the floors above. The garden will be used for outdoor seating.

This is a very beautiful building that deserves to be looked after.

The building was designed by architect Schak Bull and was completed in 1885.

With its simple, clean and classic lines, the building is an adornment to the area.
