We’re building a new industrial building at Espehaugen, and we would like to thank our tenants Blue Ocean Technology and Lakkspesialisten for joining us in the green transition.
The roughly 5,000 m2 building will be covered in solar panels, as well as boasting a variety of other green features. This will enable us to achieve BREEAM certification and energy efficiency class A.
