Skjoldhagen is a collaboration between Bonava and EGD Property, which has drawn inspiration from the Grünerløkka neighbourhood in Oslo, where new construction projects combine housing with commercial premises. In total, the project consists of 75 flats and premises for 6 businesses with customer-facing activities. Now Bonava has also received approval from Bergen City Council for its proposed project for Villa Sætervegen. That consists of 8 dual aspect flats with sizes ranging from 45 to 120 square metres. The flats will be south-facing, so they will get plenty of sun. As well as a communal garden, the plan is for there to be a generously-sized communal roof terrace. The Bergen Light Rail line is just a one-minute walk away from the flats.
